What’s the return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your item(s) we ask you to fill in the return form and add it to the item(s) you want to return. Print the return label and attach it on your package. Please send the package (with your item and return form) back to our warehouse. We will check your item(s) for any damages, before we can do a refund. You can only send your item(s) back if it matches the original state. This means that hangtags should be attached and the item is unworn.
Bring your package to the nearest PostNL-point and print your shipping receipt (your proof of return). StashHouse is not responsible for any missing returns nor missing shipping receipts.Customers will be charged for any returns. Returns will only be accepted within the legal period of 14 days after registering your order as a return.
Is it possible to change items?
Unfortunately we don’t offer this option yet. If you have any doubts about the right fit, we advise you to order multiple items when possible. If you have any questions about your fit, feel free to reach out for advise. It’s also possible to return the wrong item and order a new one.

We’ve send you an email with the right form. If you’re in need of a new one, mail us.
Has your return item reached our warehouse?
If you use Track & Trace, you can follow your item. We expect your item within a few days at our warehouse. As soon as we have received your return, you’ll get an automatic reply through email. We try to refund your money within 5 working days, this period may vary per bank. Please keep in mind that we can only refund to the original bankaccount.
